We got an email from a user today…
“Entered my email, received the pin, entered pin and it cycled me back to ‘get the app’ page. Upon retrying, page just reloaded to ‘get the app’ page.”.
Any idea why this would be happening? It would be from a mobile device. I’ve asked to find out which device and browser.
