PIN code invalid

the app is private and the link generated for users is PrivateLink.
when a user fill his email (he is on Users Tables) he get PIN code by mail but the PIN is invalid and its say “Try again”

what could be the problem?

Your App ID is in the URL of the Glide builder, e.g.

any idea for that error? it’s crucial for us to resolve it quickly as we’re nearing our launch in a few days. :sob:
