Hi, I’m contemplating what could be used to build an easy platform for running a parent-teacher association (PTA).

It is a fundraising-focused organisation for parents of pupils of a particular school.

How much of this could Glide service… ?

  • Store
    • Tea towels
    • T-shirts
    • Event tickets
  • Content pages
    • External donation methods links
    • Minutes of meetings
    • Links to resources
  • Events listing
  • Direct donations, inc. payments
    • One-off
    • Regular-giving agreements
    • Donation drives, inc. progress bar
  • Accounts
  • Mailouts / notifications
  • Bus location tracker, via GPS (via one nominated user)
  • Chat (possible only for a specific tier of users)

All of it but bus tracking. The only way to make this happen would be for the bus to manually check in. Chat experience won’t be ideal, but it’s possible. Push notifications aren’t possible yet, but email/WhatsApp is possible.
