I’m not sure if I understand the question, but it sounds like what you want is to create a Glide team.
Thanks for the quick reply, I meant that every member of the team can edit but only one can approve an edit change.

Do you mean edits to the structure of the app, or edits to the data?
For the former, it’s not possible. All team members have equal access.
For the latter, there is no out of the box approval work flow, but it would be possible to create one.
