Notification received that Glide is blocked as an unsafe app

I just installed my app that I built onto my phone and received a notification that the app was blocked as unsafe and built for an earlier version of Android - hence it does not include the required security features.

How do I solve this?
This does not bode well for my business at all.

  1. Open your app via the URL or QR code in Chrome on your Android
  2. Tap menu (upper right) → “Add to Home Screen”
