seems like chrome will add the www if you don’t type in https:// first. That might be what makes it work sometimes (for example gummygrab.com). If you link is https://gummygrab.com, then it doesn’t work. For some reason your domain provider is not redirecting to https://www.gummygrab.com. I would maybe check with your domain provider to see why it’s not redirecting.
