I’m struggling with making a homepage in the app do what I want 
I’m working on a business directory but I want the homepage kinda like a restaurant ie: click breakfast and all breakfast items appear so in the app I want to click on Service and the business in the service category are displayed .
do I need to publish the unfinished app in order for you to see what I’m trying to do?

Not really, but it could help immensely.
Alternatively, you can also share a screenshot of the app or a video capture walking through the problem.

Thanks for looking at my post and here is the app that I’m testing my programming in prior to doing it in my actual app as I don’t want to make too many changes and get lost.

so I’m trying to get the categories to display under the heading
similar to the category section in the template but at the beginning - maybe… move and rename the page??
use inline lists and filters, in the items sheets, create columns for these filters
Thanks, I’ll look at filters I do have the inline lists
each inline list have filters and sorts… just play with it
I’ve worked with the filters and some of the businesses are showing up however not all and I’ve checked all details ie: spelling, capitalization
