Magic Link no longer sent with PIN email

Description

• When a user is sent the PIN email, it no longer comes with the “Open App Directly” (Magic Link), although we still have that setting turned on in our apps. This was for sure working a couple of months ago, but sometime recently it appears to have stopped being sent with the PIN.

How to replicate

• Do normal login flow, get PIN email (magic link isn’t there)
