Lookup value showing on data but not on the layout

hello friends i can’t understand the problem

i have 2 data sheets:
1 - users
2 - list of services

when a user add a service, behind the scene i add his ROW ID to the column and based on this creating the relation, from the relation i add the other details with Lookup, in the Data section it works:

when i try to use those text fields in the layout section it seems like it nothing is presented (not in preview and not in the published app)

what am i missing?

Check your Users table. You probably have row owners applied to the email column.
