Login code email not arriving

My client is a publicly traded company who uses Outlook for email. I created their app but now no one can login because the login code email does not arrive in their inbox. It works for outside email addresses (email addresses not affiliated with the client), but messages from no-reply@user.appnotify.io to my client’s email domain do not arrive.

Is it possible that their server blocks these messages? Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone know a work-around?

Could have them check their spam folders or other folders that corporate IT might send messages to be reviewed prior to arriving in their inbox. Also maybe IT can add Glide to an approved domain

Thank you! There was a spam blocker working against us. I got in touch with my clients IT department and got it lifted.
