Log out all developers

Is there a way to force all developers to log back in with their credentials?

TIA

You mean Team Members, right?

Not that I’m aware of. Out of curiosity, why do you feel the need to do this?

I demo’d a new version of a Glide app on another person’s laptop and had to login to Glide.

I deleted the page and history (and logged in via google which authenticated against my phone) but wished I had used a ‘private’ window to ensure google didn’t keep any misc authentication info around.

He is a trusted friend/entrepreneur but…I know other apps can log everyone out (streaming/Apple/Google) to ensure users have to re-authenticate. Figured Glide might have the same ability since it is based on much of Google ‘tech’

The below might help:

If you ensure that the device is no longer authenticated against your Google Account, then anyone that tries to open the Glide builder from that device should be challenged to sign in.

Thanks Darren - great idea.

Two part process to ensure no access to Glide via Google is available.

First I signed out of the device (Mac) and got this message:

Now I have to delete all connections with Google/Glide to ensure no residual access is available.

A small bit of pain but that is what security is all about. And it would be better if Glide could delete/remove access especially in Business/Enterprise accounts.

Last screenshot/note on this topic. I believe I just need to delete connections, change my Google password and then I can use Google authentication again.

Last/last screenshot. Worked - my Glide session just abruptly ended which is what I was hoping for.

I would be careful with this. Disconnecting individual devices should be fine, but I fear that fully disconnecting Glide and Google could break any connections between Glide Servers and any Google Sheet data sources. If you have any apps connected to Google sheets, do they still work and sync data properly between Glide and Google?

Everything is connected as far as I can tell.

Big day since I created a new master copy of my Classic App (duplicate) and a new master copy to create my first Glide App (New App from data). Weird thing was it took about 5 minutes for the ‘duplicates’ to sync. When I opened the new App for the first time (Classic) some inline lists - which were at the ‘bottom’ of the TAB - were missing from the layout. After closing the App and taking a deep breath - I re-opened the App and all the missing components were there. Seems it took some time to resync.

Also the data builder/editor ‘showed’ the old sheet name not the new sheet (I used ‘copy the sheet’). After freaking out I clicked on the ‘go to sheet’ and noted that a “Copy of” was created but that name was not reflected in the builder. After renaming the sheet - data builder/editor was all good.

Success.
