Not normal, no. My immediate thought is that you may have an intermittent network routing issue. One thing to try when this happens is to switch to a different network or connect to a VPN, and see if that makes any difference.

I think I remember one of the times I did try on mobile data, but I’ll try again next time it happens!!

Are you using the image picker component to upload to Glide? If you copy the URL out and open it in a new tab, does it work?

Yes. I am using the image picker component in glide. The issue here is that although the images will work perfectly fine on Desktop and everything loads as intended, there are frequently blackout periods where a random assortment of the images (both image picker images AND URL images) will not load…

That’s weird. I would contact the support team via the bottom right icon in the builder to see if they can help. I wonder if it’s a browser extension problem if it only loads in incognito.

Support told me to have less images loading on the page but even capped at 30 items per page on a card component the issue still occurs. I don’t have any browser extensions on mobile. It’s not been happening on desktop anymore which is great. The only way to bypass the images not loading on mobile …

Have you tried if it works on another device (another phone)? I would say look into clearing your cache (depending on the device, I think it’s called something like “delete documents and app data”) on your mobile phone.
