Glide can certainly meet a need in the education sector. As a K-12 educator/admin/specialist, I’ve been building Glide apps for my organization for several years now. However, in terms of profitability, we have to remember that most teachers/schools have very low budgets. You’d need to find and build a solution that teachers or organizations would be overwhelmingly willing to invest in.
I’ve been unsuccessful with such an idea.
Also, most education solutions expect deep Google integration (import Google Classroom rosters, select files from the user’s Google Drives, interface with the user’s Google calendar, etc.), and Glide doesn’t natively allow users to OAuth into Google so that Glide knows which Google user is signed into the app (man that would be nice though).
