I created a glide app to show a proof of concept to someone which is supposed to allow users to fill forms. however the input fields are not responding when you click to put in your name or any other info on mobile or on the browser.

That inputs is to complete the profile right? Does that inputs connected to a row on the table/sheet?
Is it possible to show your setup with a video ( you can use loom ) or maybe add some screenshots?

I mean can you show us the setup of your app ( database , inputs settings )? I checked your app and saw this issue.
As @Dilon_Perera points out, we need to understand how your app is configured before we can help identify the problem.
However, when input fields are disabled, the most common cause is that the screen is not attached to any row. And that in turn has two common causes - either Row Owners are coming into play, of there is filtering being applied.
But again, if you don’t show us how it is configured, the best we can do is guess.
