Incorrect Map Locations

Hey Guys, Happy New Year!

Hope everyone has had a lovely transition into the new decade!

Looking to address an issue that has been there from the start; user locations are rather inaccurate when displayed on the map. I’ll type in a specific address in London, UK and the pin will be displayed in the middle of Texas!

Please advise as to what’s happening here.

Where are you having the problem in your app? What does the address value look like in your sheet?

It’s a known problem. I put in LatLong data to get the right location and find latlong via
https://www.latlong.net/convert-address-to-lat-long.html
