Import data from another sheet

How can I do that? import data from another sheet to new sheet,
in button show form ,for example, click on ¨ + ¨ to create a new row in the new sheet but I already have some data in another sheet and I want to import it here so as not to repeat

I want to copy this information to a new sheet and maybe change it or leave it like that.

You can add an add row action that writes the current screen’s values to the Sheet of your choice.
