Hi
My app was working perfectly for the last two weeks but now, when I try to import data manually, as I used to do always, pressing “Import” and “Choose a file (Excel or CSV files)” the web freezes and I can’t do it, even trying several times.
I don’t think it has anything to do with the fact that I’m using a free plan because until now it was working fine and I’m not receiving any kind of message explaining what the problem is.
Any idea?

How big is your file in terms of rows/file size?
Not my case
I’m importing an Excel file from my computer
It’s small 30KB
1 Excel with 2 sheets and 10 columns x 15 rows each
That shouldn’t cause a problem. Do you have a lot of empty columns and rows?
Same problem here.
Tried to upload a xlsx with 4800 and freezes.
Tried to upload a new test.xlsx in another free account: 50 rows/1 column. Same problem
Tried to import from google Sheet, only uploads max 499 lines.
I found a solution
My excel had 2 sheets and the data came from a Power Query
What I did is delete all the connections, separate the two sheets in 2 separate excel files and convert the tables to a normal range without any table style
