Hi, I’m currently on a free plan. In the past, I was able to import Excel files with 2-3k rows without any issues. However, today when I try to import an Excel file, Glide only imports 10 random rows. Is this an issue with the app, or is it related to being on the free plan?
That might be related to the free plan, though if you’re on the latest plan, your rows limit should be 25k if you’re importing to Glide Tables, right?
It might be because of that. I tried checking other previous glide tables that I have and noticed all of them were cut short to 10 rows and I lost thousands of data.
This issue ruined 1 week worth of work… is there any way to retrieve my missing data? If i upgrade to a paid plan would I be able to retrieve the data or do I have to import everything again?
How many total rows is your project consuming? I’ve only ever seen rows truncated if you exceed the limit for your project. Do you have more than 25k rows across all tables in your project?
Usually data is not lost. It’s just hidden from view if you’ve exceeded your row limit.
What does your usage dashboard show for rows in that particular project?
I’m not sure how many total rows I have used already since i used multiple separate tables as data source. I checked the app project using a different user and I was able to confirmed I reached the maximum row limit. If my data is just hidden how can I fix this so it would show again?
Reduce the number of rows that your project uses, so you are under the limit.
Thank you!
