Visit these two apps for the solution! YUP glide is compatible with tawk.to!!! I had it on my old webiste…I did not think I could somehow integrate it…well good news… I have not only managed to convert my word press site into web view (for those interested in converting websites to web apps, this should open up new opportunities). You will love it…you can set up however many agents you want as well but control everything as admin…I mean the potential is great here. I am sure you will come up with many use cases…!

Comes with push notification as well! An immediate use case for me is the lawzap.glideapp.io…At present visitors can chat with lawyers using the chat function we all use…now I will ask all lawyers to download the app or I will for all lawyers create an agent application. This I can then replace with the chat button for each lawyer. Visitors just tap on the button…say hello…and lawyer gets instant notification. In fact I will do the same for eChat as well.

You can block and unblock, and ignore users. You can email other users… Turn chats into tickets…and so many other stuff!
This tawk.to is way better than I thought…create an account…its free…you don’t spend a dime…you can send customers transcripts of your conversations…turn them into tickets and what not…explore it…So many other things you can do. In many ways, I guess this solves a lot of things…we don’t need whatsapp, apple, android…push notifications…this does everything for us.

We have used it for a number of years now on web press sites…But I just didn’t think I could get it to work on Glide…but when I realised Tawk…was also part email application I wanted to give it try…what did it in the end was Glide’s web view component.
How did you get tawk.to to work where folks can chat in?

I also saw a chat or that Robert used with the web view component that has conditional logic and feeds back data to the sheet.
I think it’s paid, but I loved that.

Yeah…this doesn’t feed back data to the sheet. if this is something important for you, then this is not for you…But in a few weeks time Tawk will allow us to use its shopping cart as well as accept in-chat payment. This means paypal etc,Let me explore it a bit more.
Create an account. They will ask you to use their script. Don’t use their script. Glide will not be able to read it. There is another way.
