Can you also clarify this? The Pro plan has not been an option for quite a long time. Are you on a really old free plan, or what exactly are you seeing for plan options?

I do not have chat functionality any more in my admin. That went away apparently when the billing issue happened. I think thatās the reason for most of my frustration.
What I showed with the chat window was within a free plan. It should be there. Have you tried on a different device or a different browser, or have you tried clearing your browser cache? Not sure why you wouldnāt be able to see the chat bubble.
hi @Jeff_Hager Thanks for your help. I did try cache. Didnāt help. But good news is this is all confusion over the admin email address. Iām signing in under my agency email. This client is set up under a company specific email. All in all, my fault. That being said, an error code that says āerror. try again laterā should probably be upgraded to āwrong account bozo.ā

So what happened exactly? The client set up the team (email@client.com), invited you as an admin (you@agency.com), and from your Glide account (you@agency.com) you were trying to make changes to the billing of the clientās team (of which both email@client.com and you@agency.com were admins), and yet you were getting an error message?
Hello. In this scenario, the client and the admin are both me, but with different email addresses. So whereas I thought I controlled billing with my agency email, I got an error trying to renew. However, when I signed in as the company-specific branded email, the billing change worked.
@Jeff_Hager I heard from support today regarding this issue. There is a cookies setting in account settings. If you have it checked, you donāt get access to the chat module.
Ah, thanks for sharing that piece of info. Thatās good to know. I think there is another thread where someone also didnāt have the chat bubble. Iāll have to find that thread and see if thatās the cause of their issue. Thanks again!
