App Transfer problem

I ve been developeing apps in my starter Plan but I reached the limitations so I created a new PRO account to my company. Now Im trying to transfer the App from my private Starter account to my company PRO and it always fails and gives me an answer to add pricing plan to the PRO plan account, which already has.

I have added the other teamowner user to the both teams as admins to but no lack so far.

I tried to connect with Glide multiple times, but chatbot is useless and live agents are never available.

This is very frustrating.

Since you have Pro plan, you can now submit tickets to Glide. Just be sure to do it through your Pro team.
