Have you tried adding a billing method to the new team? I’m not 100% that’ll fix it but it’s worth a try.

This is unbelievable… This whole move to AI is a complete downgrade to customer service. No support available for those trying to pay money to get to the support level. What’s your issue? If you are on a paid plan and have a billing issue, you should be able to contact support about this through your dashboard. If you have questions about upgrading, you can ask in the forum or check out Glide’s pricing page .
