I can't sign in? "The email address doesn’t have access to this app. Please try another."

I get this error when signing up “The email address doesn’t have access to this app. Please try another.”

Which plan are you on? Is the email a personal email or a business email?

Maker plan

The emails are businesses, actually NPOs

I don’t think it’s related to being over the file storage limit, but I’m guessing the emails are being rejected because they are not being
recognized as personal emails. The Free and Maker plans only allow for personal emails.

You can check with the email validator tool.

Yeah the message on the login screen is not clear because it’s the same message you see if the app is private and the user is not whitlisted.

However, the pricing page does mention it.

I wouldn’t put it on the login screen, it’s customer facing

I would insert a message during the flow where you edit the sign-in preferences. It also creates an upsell opportunity
