Error message Sign in page

Hello !

I created my Glide App, and now I want to invite my users to use it. Even if I’m choosing in Privacy “Users in tabla can use it” or “users with email domains @5degres.com can use it”, when they want to connect on the sign in page, they fill with their email and receive an error message “this email can not be used”. Can you help me to understand what’s the problem ? Thanks in advance,

Which plan are you on? Are they trying to sign in with personal email addresses or business email addresses?

I’m using the FREE plan.
My users are using the email adress of our company (XXXXXX@5degres.com)

That most likely explains why they cannot sign in. Only personal users are permitted to sign in to Apps on Free Plans. If your App is for business use, you should purchase a Team or Business Plan.

What I do not understand is that I could download my app, and use it with this @5degres.com address, but I can no longer do so since last week …

I didn’t understand well the definition of “personal user”.
Even if we are using a company email address, it is just for a basic use in our company community.

where can I find this field “validate email addresses” ? in ordre to try other type of adresses

Could you precise me, if I change my app to PUBLIC access, How many admin and users can use my app ?

It makes no difference, the limits are the same whether your App is private or public.

  • 1 published app
  • 2 editors
  • 10 personal users

Correct. Unless you disable sign in. Then unlimited visitors can use the app since they won’t be signing into the app.
