I want to transfer some apps from individual account to an Organization. But I have the “error transferring your app”.
I have found a thread where it is written that I need to change the app to free version or to upgrade it to the new billing.
Making it free doesn’t work for me, because I have quite a lot of users that use the apps currently.
So, I want to upgrade it to the new billing, but I have some questions:
- What will happen with money already paid for subscription with “old” billing. Do I just lose it?
- How can I actually upgrade the apps to the new billing? I see only “Cancel”, “Transfer” and “Renew subscription today” options in the “Billing” screen.
