How do users see what they favorites from a list?

User select a habit as a favorite. How can a user see just their favorites from this list?

If you create a separate tab for the items in the list, you will see a tab for Favorites.

Thanks! Any way for the new list to ONLY show favorites, rather than all and favorites?

I think you can filter by the isFavorite column.

Create an inline list with reference to this tab of the workbook and add a filter for ‘is favourited’.
