Help with a glidePage

So I was looking through the EXPERTs page and trying to find someone to assist me with a page that I already have started but need some help with some specific functionality.

Here is the reason Im posting here, the Experts page only shows a 15 min Kickoff call option, and its difficult to find someone that fits what I might need bc you can’t really see the cost per hour or the available hours from the expert page.

Im trying to build a client portal for business to provide updates on a project, so I need some help on how to allow the client to only see the their updates and allow the employee of the business to easily provide those updates. (All in Glide tables so I can set it up as a template).

I live in Texas and the times Im free to focus on this is during normal work hours of 0900-1500 central time. I prob need about 3 hours of help, so if any of those experts are seeing this post or if you think you can fit those times, please reach out.

I need help specifically with the following.
#1, create onboarding for both and employee and Client
#2, refine the way for an employee to provide simple project updates
#3, ensure that clients can only see their updates
#4, provide a simple chat feature
#5, provide a simple change request authorization process which could be as simple as a Yes/No toggle
