My payment date is Jan 4th for the Team plan and it’s successfully processed. Our next due date is Feb 4th.
I was working on one of our apps and then suddenly said our updates couldn’t publish. When I refreshed, it gave me a server is down Error 521 screen https://i.imgur.com/ABr43KM.png. I then was able to login briefly and saw we we downgraded to the free plan. Now I can’t view my app or the backend.
