Frequent bug on switching from Legacy Pro to Free Plan (billing is up to date) - No access to work on my apps

For the second time this week, suddenly on a new day, my plan is switched down from Legcy Pro to Free.

I can access to my Dashboard, but not to any of my apps (which are still running smoothly in production hopefully).

I was able to wrok all day long on one of my apps yesterday but no access to any this morning.

It already happened a few days ago, and after a day forced to not work on my apps, it had been back the next one.

I’m on a High Glide working period so that’s absolutely frustrating.

Moreover, support has not answered me from my previous messages (even if it has been “fixed”).

Can someone from the team explain me what happens and help me quickly ? :slight_smile:

Is this still happening on your end? Fellow user here, not sure what can be the problem if billing is up to date.

Same … A support ticket has been opened and followed ! It happened two times, we’ll see, I hope it won’t happen again before you figure it out :slight_smile:

Thank you, if possible please let us know what causes this from your chat with support.

I had a similar problem. It was associated with bookmarks and a URL. In order for everything to work correctly, you need to log into your personal account through the website https://www.glideapps.com/. After that, update your link or don’t use the outdated one. Maybe this will help you as well as me.
