Now I am working on my employee profile data and wage calculator

  1. My first sheet , I create data base of my employee which consist of name , some general data and daily wage rate and OT rate ( Pic 1 )
  2. My second sheet ,wage calculator , I trying to get daily wage rate and OT rate from the first sheet , I test make relation column of name which it works but when I want to take Daily wage rate and OT rate from sheet1 , it doesn’t take individually , it take all of my employee rate ( Pic2) . Please help

Is your lookup using the relation or is it using the entire table?
