I am getting reports from users, and can confirm on my end, that records submitted via forms are not being captured by google sheet as of maybe 1 hour ago!
The odd thing is that I have tested and everything works as it should from the browser version of the app. Its isolated to when the user uses the app via mobile phone.
(I remember there was a telegram service one could use to report issues like this before, couldn’t find so posting here. Please let me know if there is a more appropriate way to report these types of issues)
Also, how do you know that the rows are not ‘captured’ in the sheet? Does the added data ever appear in the app? Did you scroll all the way to the bottom? Do added rows show up in the data editor?
I’ll add you and mark as users. On the home page, the first button from top to bottom “Submit Lead” is the form initiator. In the name input anything, for phone number put 123 (so I can scrub your test later).
I will continue to monitor the sheet to see if anything you submit goes through.
(the scary ones are the unknown-unknowns, I know you guys will resolve this - Ill wait. But do not hesitate to reach out if you need a tester or anything else)
…just let me know when mark as I suspect my users likely attempted submission multiple times and so I have some duplicate record cleanup to do. I’ll wait for your update.
(I know Mark and team are on this, but in case its helpful)

I do not see the expected record appear in the google sheet after submission.
Does the added data ever appear in the app?
No, only the records submitted in browser mode appear as expected.

Didn’t think to check, just did - only see the records submitted in browser mode there.
