Form -v- Add new (+)

I would like to add a button on my initial page for new competitions.
If I link to a form I get a plain unformatted form. If I go to an older games and ADD (+), I get a formatted the formatted form with drop-down lists, etc… Is there a way to get this type of formatted form from a button?

I am fairly green with Glide and may be missing the obvious. If so, please enlighten me. Thanks in advance.

Each form button and Add/Edit buttons have separate layouts. You will have to manually set up the layout how you would like it to look. The initial layout is always a rough best guess layout created by glide to get you started. Customization is up to you. There is no way to copy a layout for this from one part of the app to another.

Thanks Jeff! Not sure why I didn’t try that before, but I’ve already set the form identical to the “ADD” form. Thanks for joggin’ my brain into thinking.
