I’m creating new app and i want to Open Fb messenger app with a button on my app, i’m using Open Link action but it doesn’t work…
Can anyone help me, pls. Big Tks
Thanks for writing in. Just to clarify, you already have a button component referencing a column containing the URL to FB Messenger but the link isn’t working?

Yes, i already have that, but when i open app on my phone and click that button, messenger announce that the user doesn’t exist and do not open messenger app

Doesn’t each of your group chat have a Messenger link as well?

à dạ, hiện tại cái link messenger mình đang sử dụng là lấy trên website của messenger desktop, khi mình click vào nút bật messenger trên điện thoại và chọn app mess thì báo lỗi người dùng không tồn tại (và không mở app) ạ

You might want to use an url scheme link I order to open the messenger app

It’s really strange here.
When I use both the m.me method and the custom URI scheme with a button to open link, the button shows up in the Editor but not in the real app.
If anyone has time to try this themselves it would help.

Tried it and same thing happens. Button shows up on editor but not on iOS

It appears and opens messenger if you use with generic link http://m.me/

Guys its working for me using the link http://m.me/[Messenger ID for GROUP]. Exactly like Jason(@Rosewebstudio) suggested.

Mình vẫn bị lỗi cũ bạn ạ, bật app trên đt, click vào nút, chọn mở bằng app messenger thì bị báo: tên người dùng này không tồn tại, hãy thử liên kết khác
