Even though I should have been able to pay for the pro plan, it switches to the free plan

Even though I should have been able to pay for the pro plan, it switches to the free plan.

1.Pro plan payment was completed on January 18th.
2.Today, a limit error suddenly started appearing.
3.For some reason it has been switched to “Legacy Free”.

Since it’s a free plan, I can’t even make inquiries.

Why?
