Error when users try to copy app

I have made an app copyable but users are getting this error message. Could it be the share settings for the spreadsheet?

Did those users sign into there glide account using google authentication, or a google account? If their glide account is not connected to a google account then there is nowhere to place a google sheet.

Thanks Jeff, that was indeed the problem. I never thought to tell them to do that!
