Some relationships, lookups and conditionals are disappearing. I’ve redone them. But it’s something you should look at.
Did you delete or rename columns in your spreadsheet?
Didn’t delete, might’ve renamed. Is that the problem?

Yes, Glide doesn’t understand it when you rename columns, and thinks the column went away and was replaced with a new one. You should have seen a yellow triangle next to “Reload sheet”.
