is there any way to provide dynamic update to our app because when i do some changes then the user have to log out and then log in to see changes so is there any feature that if i made changes in app and the user can see in some second there itself without logging out?

you do not need to log out, just refresh the page, or it its installed, close and re-open it. It will update.
