Duplicated an app - some actions are blank and called "Compound"

Describe the bug:
I duplicated an app and the new app had some missing buttons on one of the screens, when I opened the component I saw that the action screen is a blank screen it is rename to “Compound”:

I don’t know what was special about this actions… this one of them.

I found 4 actions so far that were not coppied
Tried to copy again - same thing with exactly same actions.
