Suddenly I cannot edit a specific compounded action. Blank screen appears. Cleared cache. Tiquet sent to support

This happened to me a couple of days ago.
My app had been open in the builder for about 24 hours. I started working on it again and discovered that none of my custom actions were working. As I begun investigating I discovered that they had all been renamed as ‘Compound Action’ (I had given them more descriptive names), and when I attempted to edit any of them, all I got was a blank screen. I had to reload the project and rebuild the lot.
