Hi guys,
I get a dns 1000 error when publishing an app.
It comes up:
You’ve requested a page on a website (hub.fliptask.ai) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare’s system.
24 hours have already passed.
Does anyone have an idea what to do here?
Thank you very much!
Best regards
Bernd
Is this with a custom domain?
If yes, can you show me how you configured it?
yes, it´s a custom domain. i´ve configured this one, like the other 2 i´ve been already installed. what would you like to know? the cloudflare-config?
Many thanks an advance.
I’d like to see how you have configured it in Glide. Can you show me a screen shot of what you have at each of Steps 1,2 & 3 please?
Okay, so there is obviously an error there.
If you mouse over the red info icon at step 3, what does the error say?
Can you show me what you have configured on the cloudflare side?
The error coming from cloudflare suggests that you have more than one CNAME record for hub.fliptask.ai. Are you sure that isn’t the case?
Hey Darren,
no - i´ve only one CNAME für hub.fliptask.ai
the other two work without any problems.
Yes, I see. And all 3 resolve to the correct IP address, so that suggests a problem on the Cloudflare side. I would be inclined to reach out to Cloudflare support.
i asked the cloudflare community. they said i should change the settings to unproxied (DNS-only), because my website already is on Cloudflare.
with this setting it works.

ah-hah!
I was going to ask about that, but the same setting appeared to be working for your other two Apps.
Anyway, glad it’s resolved
