Data not submitted in google sheet from glide

Description
During using, the data could be sent to telegram through webhooks however, the data were not inserted in the google sheet which is weird.

How to replicate

  1. Open request form, insert data and press submit.
  2. Open google sheet since no data showing after submitted.
  3. Check Make for webhooks data, data were passed successfully.

Hence I think its from Glide, please help.
