I’m still confused about the process of linking inline lists to indexes. Could someone provide a link to an applicable video or doc that covers this aspect?
@Les_Henderson take a look at how the offices tab is set up in the Employees template. You will see that each office has a list to all of the employees that work in that office. Same concept here.

@mayahalom Did you create a relation column and then use that relation column as the basis for your inline list?
Now that is asking quite a bit of people. I can barely get paying clients to update the app.
Perhaps you should offer to trade services in exchange for whatever it is that they offer? ie. a light lunch or foot rub in exchange for you inserting all the details.
It will be in thier interest to add themselves to the app
The hard part i predict, is to get the non business people to remember and use it.
