When I add a Choice form element and enable it via Edit button, a second unknown “choice tab” appears after I pushed “Submit button”? Is this a bug? In the previous app, the Choice button worked correctly.
Maybe I’m confused by your wording. I don’t see any choice components in your screenshots, so I’m not sure what you are referring to.
I seem to be understanding that a different form screen shows up when you click on submit??? Do you have any On Submit actions set in your form?

Sorry, my mistake. I was struggling with the Choice tab, but the real problem is behind the Edit button, when you press “Submit” after editing the data, a new tab opens and I can’t find a reason why it opens.

Job done! Thanks for your help, the form had a “Submit action” set. I removed it and now everything works as it should.

That’s what I was wondering. If you were enabling and un submit action when you shouldn’t.
