Can,t add, edit or delete itens

I have an application that just stopped adding, editing, or deleting items.
I do an addition, but the item is not created in the table
If I edit an existing item and save it, when closing and opening the application the modifications are lost and it returns to the original data.
When I try to delete an item, close the app and reopen it, it appears again.

it is as if no action is working in the application. It just stopped working yesterday (06/04/2023)

Is anyone having the same problem?
Can anyone help me identify what it could be?

It seems to me a problem related to your device or the network to which it is connected. Have you tried from another device/other network? For example from your mobile instead of the desktop or vice versa?
