I deleted a row but it is still added repeatedly

I recreated the tab and make a new source but nothing is changed and also google sheet is not opening now.

Are you still having issues deleting a row? There has been google issues this week.

I also see you have your profiles settings writing to your main sheet when new users sign in.

unselect the user profiles sheet is solved the issue, thanks!
