I wouldn’t worry about that. When using rollups in tables that contain row owners the results that you see in the App builder can sometimes be misleading.

I think you’ll find if you check in your published App that you’ll be getting the correct results.
This is because when Row Owners are applied only those rows that are “owned” will be downloaded to the users device.

You are correct. It showed the rollup for just that particular user on the app. :tada:
