Clients have been complaining today for the first time in 2 years that some of their apps are just showing a black screen when they open them, thankfully it still works in Microsoft Edge and other browsers, however most of them only want to use chrome and its where they originally downloaded it from.
Has anyone experienced this and is there an easy fix?

I’ve noticed this on three apps I have and even when opening the Community. Luckily, after closing and reopening the app it seems fine. I would report this though if you have client apps that are critical

Were seeing this on ALL of our apps when opening on Android phones. Works fine on iPhones. What is going on Glide Team?
UPDATE: For some reason we had to remove the old install and re-install it to our phones (Android). That can’t be the resolve for all of our Users of our production apps.

One of my users had this as well last week. Close the app (and Quit!!), then restart and that should probably fix it (worked for my user) without the need for a reinstall
I’m asking the team if they know what the reason is for this behavior.
