Basic Table Component

Hmm not coming out exactly as I like…
I’m looking for something like this

Map-Example-Legend

Should be easy enough, just set the table border to 0, and make the first td element a fixed width.

You can do this with markdown table relatively easy

No idea how to do that, also the list repeats itself the amount of times a row is filled within the sheet, and they are right on top each other.

<table border="0">
<td width="10%">

Can you show me what it looks like?
And the table/columns you’re using as the source of the legend?

Rich text, see how it repeats?

I have to remember how to use these forums every time I join a new one it seems…

Is there something I should be adding so the table doesn’t repeat?

hey sorry… meant to reply earlier today.

I’m having difficulty visualising how you’ve set this up. I see the two columns that contain your event icon and name, but can you show me the other columns you’ve created to build the table?

No prob.

That’s it. Two columns. I’m building a legend.

So what are you displaying in the UI component?

I think I will just do it manually. Thanks Darren!

Yikes!!! :scream:

I tend to avoid the Basic Table component as much as possible, for exactly this reason.

Jen - sorry I haven’t been much help, I’ve been really busy with other things.

No worries, I wasn’t utilizing it correctly at first.

For my needs what I did is stacked Basic Tables. There’s a little bit of top margin to accommodate where a title would be if you don’t have one though. Because the separate tables are groups of info I gave them titles and it works out really well. Now when I make changes the individual table to be modified will be much shorter.

Surely, to mimic exactly what you have visually, the top margin can be removed with CSS.
