Audio recorder does not stop automatically

I created a feature that records an audio snippet and transcribes it. Unfortunately the app shows, that the recording function was still turned on and I needed to stop it manually.

I would expect the recording to stop automatically once I hit the stop button - otherwise building trust with users might be tricky.

I used it on iOS with an iPhone 12 pro. Glide Pages with app saved to home screen.

Correction - works from the settings page of the app but not from the dashboard.
