Attempted log onto whitelisted app with non-whitelisted email causes app to hang

I try to log onto the above app with an email that is not included in the whitelist. I expect some type of error and the chance to login again.

An error message appears under the login box (“the email address doesn’t have access to this app. please try another”), which seems reasonable. However, the button at the bottom of the page says “sending pin” and the screen is unresponsive. I must close the app and then re-open it to attempt another login.
